We used Livewire Electrical for some lighting upgrades to our residential home. They provided us with various options and technology suggestions to suit our needs. Top quality and timely service.

I have been dealing with Livewire Electrical for over 5 years and have always found them easy to deal with and their quality and service has been great!

We used Kent and the Livewire team to help us with our renovation and one or two smaller projects. Kent is always so great and easy to deal with - very efficient and his work is always top quality. We highly recommend the Livewire team and will definitely use them again.

Kent was prompt, friendly, easy to communicate with, and really professional. I'll be working with Livewire again in the future, such great service!

5 stars for this small business, highly recommend. Last week my washing machine stopped working and I noticed at the wall that the plug was black and melted and the switch no longer moved. I called Livewire and gave a brief description, within half an hour, I had an electrician at my door. He identified the problem straight away and said I needed a new switch as it must have been faulty, he did not have the spare part however he said he could easily get one from his work just down the road. Within ten minutes he returned and fixed is straight away. I even asked him to look at my downlight which was blinking, he had a look, took it out and I was able to get a new one and later replace it myself. He also took the time to test it with another down light to ensure it was just the light and not the circuit. I was very impressed with the friendly service, they were very professional, efficient and good value for money. They also emailed me an electrical certificate for the work carried out. I was extremely impressed and happy with the service I received. If I need any further electrical work carried out in the future, this will be the first place I go to. Thank you.

We are really happy with Livewire Electrical Ltd's work on our outdoor lighting. Kent was super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this local business!

Kent and his team were extremely professional and efficient with a quote, and then doing the work to a high standard. They were easy to deal with, and I would recommend them.

Livewire Elecrtical did excellent work for us on our rental property. They dealt with the tenant directly and charged a fair price. They will be our electricians there every time. I highly recommend them. Regards Neil Macgregor

Just moved into a new home and had a long list of work for Livewire including installing flood lights outside, repairing some sockets, installing more sockets, updating light fittings etc. They did everything quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. Love supporting local companies, and Livewire is a great one, so don't hesitate to give them a call.

We'd lost power in the middle of level 4 lockdown, Kent the electrician was at our house very quickly and worked diligently with good humour (given he had to go under the house 5 times) until he found and fixed the problem. We were so happy and grateful that we added a tip to our bill. Highly recommended.

We requested to install new sockets in our pantry and installation only took an hour when the quote was for 3 hours. Super efficient, highly recommended

Great prompt service. The first thing they did right was answer the phone! I had an electrician around and the problem fixed that same day. I would gladly recommend them for any household electical work

We recently undertook substantial renovations in our apartment, which required the services of a number of tradesmen, including Plumbers, Plasterers and Painters, Home theatre installer and Electricians. The service we received from the team at Livewire Electrical was outstanding! They were consistently punctual and polite and completed the work to a very high standard, even when faced with tiny wall cavities and last minute requests/changes from us. Nothing was ever a problem for them. I highly recommend the team at Livewire Electrical and will continue to use their services for any future electrical projects we undertake.

Livewire Electrical are a great electrical company. Very knowledgeable and always get the job done right and on time. I have used this company many times over the years and they have never let me down.

On a Saturday I called the team at Livewire as we had a fault with one of our sockets. Kent was amazing he asked all of the right questions about our property, and he was able to trouble shoot the issue over phone, as he did not want me to incur any costs if needed. While in the background he was mobilising his team to head out if required. This was the best experience hands down I have experienced, and I deal with allot of service companies. Thanks again Kent

I chose Livewire Electrical to complete all electrical work on our new rural house build recently, based on previous positive experiences. Kent and his team did a brilliant job! Friends ask who did the electrical work because it's impressive. They're skilled and they take pride in delivering a great result and it shows. Love your work Livewire!

We called this company for the first time last year with an urgent electrical problem and Kent was at our house within 20 minutes of my telephone call. He was efficient, and I could tell that he was working to get the job done asap. He was informative and made sure to thoroughly clean up when he had finished. A huge contrast to the bad experience we had with a different electrical company previously. So we didn’t hesitate to call Livewire a couple of days ago. Again they lived up to their excellent reputation. This time, I think it was Andrew who popped over. He was thorough, polite and made sure to get our permission before he went into the different parts of the house. Thanks also to Annette and Natalie who were very nice to deal with over the phone. We’ve decided that they are our go to company and will not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

If there is an electrical company that you can trust for quality of work, it's these guys. First communication from Natalie is on point. From Q/A's to payment options was a first relief, awesome Natalie. Then you have the sparky duos (Andrew & Tom) coming in to take care of the hard work that comes with this 1950s house wiring. They kept me informed of the problems and solutions. Even after the project, they came back straight away for a minor issue that was expected afterwards. Thank you gentlemen for your quality of work. Stress free from Livewire and results are 10/10. Keep it up guys.👏👏👏👍

Very pleased. Went the extra mile to make up a damper controller when it couldn't be sourced off the shelf. Great service.

Very professional service.

Livewire Electrical recently did some work on one of the property I was listing, and they were fantastic! The team was incredibly efficient, quickly identifying and resolving the electrical issues. Communication was seamless; they kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I understood the work being done. I highly recommend Livewire Electrical for their swift service and excellent communication. They're a reliable choice for any electrical work!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Livewire Electrical Ltd. for a home electrical upgrade, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I contacted them to schedule an appointment, the customer service team was friendly, efficient, and responsive. The invoicing was clear and transparent, with no hidden fees. Natalie, Tom and the rest of the team at Livewire are fantastic. I did an enquiry online within 2 mins I received a call back and a quote and the team completed the job the same afternoon. Their professionalism and quality of electrical work is great and they were able to answer all the questions I had. The job was to replace an outdoor sensor light and fix one of the plug points not working. I would highly recommend using them for quality and speed of service.

great guys, very good work, and very prompt, help me a lot 5 star all the way.

I contracted Livewire Electrical as the most affordable and responsive company to replace our home's original (65 year old electrical meter/power board). What impressed was that, unlike other companies I have used before , they were noticeably attentive to my wishes (replacement at original position outside the home). Andrew, the electrician responsible was professional in every way. He kept me in the loop throughout the complete process, making sure that he was working within my expectations as the client. Andrew highlighted concerns for two faulty plugs that he could not pass and these were replaced as a separate job. Although more costly than I had expected, happy with the result. I also need to mention their office manager, Natalie Taniwha. A bit tongue in cheek - sorry Natalie :-). In Māori mythology, Taniwha expresses many forms; water spirit, monster, dangerous water creature, powerful creature, chief, powerful leader, something or someone awesome (Wiki description) Natalie, office manager is just that - someone who managed the project from point A to Z, commander in chief, with pinpoint precision, focussed and in command, every step of the way.(I am sure all employees at Livewire Electrical will agree?) Payment? You better be on time or she will be snapping at your heels! Joking aside, I commend them for their professionalism and commitment to a high standard of work. All round10/10!

On time, very professional & perlite, helpful, got on with the job, cleaned up before leaving. Everything works ok.
