How we work

We do not do emergency callouts and we do not work weekends. That means the jobs we take get finished properly, on the day we said.

It is a deliberate choice. The electrician on your job is not exhausted from a 2am callout, and the work is planned rather than rushed. Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm.

Fantastic team! Our request was answered promptly and professionally. The electrician sent to our home, Tom, was efficient, friendly and great communicator. I also appreciated the tidiness at the work site after finishing and during the work. We are satisfied with the work carried out- moving and installing tricky PowerPoints in a kitchen and tiled bathroom. I will definitely be using this team again.

Epic service from the Livewire Electrical team! We had an urgent breaker issue on a switchboard, logged the job at short notice and they had it attended to and sorted within 2 hours. Fast, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. Really appreciate the quick turnaround when we needed it. Highly recommend the Livewire team!

Jared and Tom were very friendly and efficient. Their workmanship was excellent. They were prompt on arrival, tidy with tools and equipment. They then tested the work they had done and did not leave the property until they, and myself, were satisfied that the job was to a high standard and working perfectly.

Great service for lighting upgrade in the office. From the first point of contact I found the staff efficient, and clearly explained all options. The electrician that attended was professional, friendly, worked quickly and left no mess at all. Very satified with the job, will definately use again.

Absolutely A+ was my experience with Annette and the team. Had house electrical issues, Vector kept telling us it was our issue to sort...Livewire listened and diagnosed over the phone, pointed us back to Vector to sort it. Saved us a call out and no charge for advice. Awesome service and will be our first port of call next time. Thanks again

Thank you livewire electrical. The office team were chipper and helpful on the phone. Appointment was set to suit my schedule. Tom, the sparky, was prompt. He did a great job to fix all our problems. He was polite, cheerful and fixed everything in no time. Pricing is very reasonable. I'd like to give bonus points from the dog to Tom. She appreciated to be able to spectate your work 😁
