Natalie, Tom and the rest of the team at Livewire are fantastic. I did an enquiry online within 2 mins I received a call back and a quote and the team completed the job the same afternoon. Their professionalism and quality of electrical work is great and they were able to answer all the questions I had. The job was to replace an outdoor sensor light and fix one of the plug points not working. I would highly recommend using them for quality and speed of service.

If there is an electrical company that you can trust for quality of work, it's these guys. First communication from Natalie is on point. From Q/A's to payment options was a first relief, awesome Natalie. Then you have the sparky duos (Andrew & Tom) coming in to take care of the hard work that comes with this 1950s house wiring. They kept me informed of the problems and solutions. Even after the project, they came back straight away for a minor issue that was expected afterwards. Thank you gentlemen for your quality of work. We called this company for the first time last year with an urgent electrical problem and Kent was at our house within 20 minutes of my telephone call. He was efficient, and I could tell that he was working to get the job done asap. He was informative and made sure to thoroughly clean up when he had finished. A huge contrast to the bad experience we had with a different electrical company previously. So we didn’t hesitate to call Livewire a couple of days ago. Again they lived up to their excellent reputation. This time, I think it was Andrew who popped over. He was thorough, polite and made sure to get our permission before he went into the different parts of the house. Thanks also to Annette and Natalie who were very nice to deal with over the phone. We’ve decided that they are our go to company and will not hesitate to recommend their services to others.
