How much does rangehood installation cost in Auckland?
Standard rangehood installation in Auckland costs between $400 and $900 fitted, depending on whether new ducting and external venting is required. Recirculating models with carbon filters are at the lower end.
Do you install ducted and recirculating rangehoods?
Yes. We install both. Ducted rangehoods vent cooking moisture and grease outside and are the better long-term option. Recirculating units filter and return air to the kitchen and suit apartments where ducting is not possible.
Can you replace an existing rangehood with a new model?
Yes. We remove the old unit, check the existing ducting and wiring, and fit your new rangehood. Most replacement jobs take two to three hours.
Do rangehoods need to vent outside?
Ducted rangehoods must vent outside through an external wall or roof. This is the most effective way to remove cooking moisture, smoke and grease. We run new ducting where required.
Can you install rangehoods in apartments?
Yes. Apartments often need recirculating rangehoods because ducting through external walls is restricted by body corporate rules. We confirm what is allowed before quoting.
Do you install integrated, undermount and freestanding rangehoods?
