We log the fault, document the temporary fix if one is needed, and book in a permanent repair on a planned–maintenance visit afterward.

After–hours rates are clearly priced before we head out, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Contract clients get priority response and a discounted call-out rate as part of their commercial electrical maintenance contract.
